Radio Exe aims to provide a positive and rewarding workplace, free from discrimination, and a place where people can reach their potential.
We use our network of talented associates to provide training and encourage our employees to get involved in charity and community work. We use the privilege we have as broadcasters to support local groups.
We’re committed to great local radio, high quality news and information, and to providing opportunities for local people to get involved in the station.
As part of our aim to develop the next generation of broadcasters, we try to accommodate requests for work experience wherever we can, although it’s not always possible to fit everyone in.
We're sorry, but we cannot accommodate work experience placements for people under the age of 18.
