Emergency bike charity could help shape national service

A charity that transports emergency blood and organs to Devon's hospitals by motorbike has been invited to Westminister to discuss plans to regulate the service.

Devon Freewheelers was set up in 2009 and since then has raised standards, with all its riders receiving training from the police.

The government wants to formalise the services, and has invited the charity to help create a system of regulation.
