Millions of packets of cigarettes have been washed ashore at a East Devon beach, after a cargo ship lost its load.
14 tonnes of cigarettes have been washed up on a pebble beach in East Devon.
The Maritme and Coastguard Agency says a container ship shed some of its load in heavy seas on Valentine's Day.
