Ashley Jeary
Ashley Jeary fronts the weekday evening show ‘Live & Local’ from 6pm.
Exeter born and bred, Ashley has been involved in radio since his work experience days at the tender age of 16 whilst still at Exeter College. Radio Exe swooped and got him on board, he’s now our marketing and events coordinator (promotions manager) as well as production assistant he heads up the ‘Exe Team’ - our talented group of young people who promote the station across Exeter, Mid & East Devon.

Guinness World Records
On Friday the 1st of March Ashley was invited on stage at the Northcott Theatre in an attempt to duct tape one of the show presenters to a wall. Unfortunately for Ashley he won't be receiving his Knighthood or MBE anytime soon as he didn't quite beat the current fastest time...

Face of Exeter's Princesshay 2012/2013
In November Ashley once again hosted the Express & Echo / Princesshay 'Face Of Exeter' at the Thistle Hotel in Exeter.

In October Ashley took part in the WESC Fire Walk at the Double Locks pub, lots of money was raised through sponsorship for the charity which provides specialist education and care to blind and partially sighted children and young people. Check out some pictures below...
