Alongside classic hits we also play tracks we guarentee you won't hear on any other show or station. Our features include Buried Tresure, a song that time has forgotten with background info on the artist and song. 'Record Breakers' where our rigourous quality control leaves the studio for a few minutes while we play a dreadful disc from decades gone and destroy it live on air!
'Killer Bs' where we play a great vinyl B side from the past (yes, vinyl plays a big part in this show!) and we conclude every edition of flashback with a Showstoppping Long Song, an epic of over five minutes. You, the listener are encouraged to submit suggestions for tracks for any of these features.
Add to that the most varied mix of oldies on any station, and your input, via text, phone or e-mail and it all adds up to Flashback, memory joggers that will make the roast beef and yorkshire pud go down a treat.
