Call for national stalking register following conviction of Exeter man.

Joseph Willis was jailed yesterday for attempting to kill a woman he'd stalked for five years.

His behaviour towards Helen Pearson had become increasingly threatening but police failed to link the series of incidents which led up to the attack on her last October.

Now, campaign group Paladin is calling on the Home Office to put serial stalkers on a register so that they can be tracked - in a similar way to sex offenders.
