A vehicle which has apparently been abandoned is currently in the village car park.
The Dutch-registered Audi has been there for three months.
The council want to trace its owner but because it's foreign, police can't access that information and the county council, who issued a parking permit, say data protection rules mean they can't give it out either .
It now looks as if the parish council will have to pay to get the car removed.
