Exeter's Northcott Theatre, Phoenix Arts Centre and Royal Albert Memorial Museum will find out later whether they'll receive funding from the Arts Council for the next three years.
The Bike Shed theatre, Spacex art gallery and Theatre Alibi have also made bids for funding.
