Police are appealing for witnesses after a disabled woman was assaulted by a man in Exeter, after an argument over parking.
The 19 year old from Exmouth took a photo of his car parked in a disabled bay - after he accused her of blocking his vehicle in.
She said he grabbed her phone and wrestled her to the ground, leaving her bruised and shaken.
The incident happened on the forecourt of the ATL garage in Pinhoe on Wednesday evening and the attacker was a black man, six feet tall and wearing a bush hat, whose car was a silver Volvo.
