Anti-social behaviour in Exeter doesn't just affect residents, businesses need to be concerned too according to the city's branch of the Federation of Small Business.
They are encouraging business owners to attend meetings organised by the City Council this week, about plans to introduce Public Space Protection Orders.
These provide powers to crackdown on people who are behaving in a threatening or offensive way.
But they are controversial, critics say they can harrass disadvantaged people unnecessary and others think they just move the problem on.
The meeting for businesses is tonight tonight at 6:00pm at the Guildhall.
