The celebrations taking place today to mark the 60th anniversary of the Queen's coronation are particularly meaningful for one member of staff at Exeter Cathedral.
Dennis Whitehead was one of 20 young choristers chosen from around the country, to sing at the coronation service on the 2nd of June 1953.
At the time he lived in Scotland and was a member of his parish church choir.
Dennis works on the entry desk at the Cathedral .. and no longer sings.
