Businesses based around science, technology and knowledge are to play a key part in Exeter's future economy... under a plan by the city council.
They want to support organisations who don't rely on traditional activities or assets .... and ensure that the city is well-placed to attract outside investment from knowledge-based industries.
This evening councillors are expected to agree to spend 20 thousand pounds developing a strategy for achieving this.
