Counterfeit money has been found in Mid and East Devon, prompting police to warn businesses and shop owners to be on the lookout.
Fake £50 notes have been discovered in Crediton and across Devon, and now counterfeit Irish £20 notes are being used to purchase goods as well.
These notes may not be detectable with the use of counterfeit detection pens.
The advice from police is to contact them if you are handed one or discover one in your takings.
