Pensioners will be taking part in exercise sessions and Zumba dancing in Crediton's market square today, as part of an initiative to help them prevent injuries caused by falling over.
It's because physical activity helps keep people fit and strong, and less likely to take a tumble.
There'll also be experts on hand to advise on safety in and out of the home, mobility aids and hazard awareness... and representatives from charities including Age UK and Crediton Community Transport.
The event's been organised by Devon Senior Voice.
