Plans for a new swimming pool and leisure centre on the site of Exeter's dilapidated bus station have moved a step closer.
The city council are now looking for a designer to flesh out their ideas for the development.
They're planning a new bus and coach station at the Paris Street site, but also shops and a multi-million pound swimming and leisure facility, costing a total of around 20 million pounds.
The council are now tendering for a design team to work with the developer, and expect a planning application to be submitted early next year.
