Devon one of worst hit counties with 18 coronavirus cases

6 in Torbay and 12 in Devon County Council area.

The Department for Health and Social Care has released figures showing how many people are affected in each local authority area.

Most areas only have cases in single figures or remain unaffected, apart from Hertfordshire (13 cases) and Devon.

There have been 6 confirmed cases in Torbay and 12 in the wider Devon County Council area.

The Prime Minister Boris Johnson will chair an emergency Cobra meeting later to look at ways the UK can tackle the illness after a third person died.
