A reindeer will be used today to highlight the disruption to rail services to and from London's Paddington station because of engineering work over Christmas.
The station will be closed from the early hours of Christmas Eve until the 29th December.
The reindeer, called Bubble and Primo, will be at Paddington to alert passengers to the festive restrictions.
