Inmate found dead in cell
A prisoner has been charged with the murder of an inmate at Exeter Prison.
James Desborough, who's 39 and of Lower Sticker in Cornwall, is accused of killing 65-year-old Stephen Kemper.
Mr Kemper was found dead in his cell on Monday morning (September 15). His next of kin have been informed.
Desborough appeared before magistrates earlier today only to confirm his name and age.
He's been remanded in custody and will appear at Exeter Crown Court on Thursday 16 October.
Police are reminding people not to speculate about the case online or on social media.
