21-year-old assaulted in Sidwell Street
A man has serious head injuries following an assault in Exeter city centre.
The 21-year-old man was attacked near a taxi rank in Sidwell Street, outside of Poundland, at around 4 a.m. on Sunday 26 September, but police have just issued an appeal for witnesses to come forward.
The man's injuries were so severe he required surgery, but is now recovering.
