Man in court
A Cornish man has been charged with murder after human remains were found in Sticker near St Austell.
39-year-old James Desborough, of Old Oak Woods in Lower Sticker, is accused of killing a man who has not been seen in over a month.
Next of kin have been informed that the body is believed to be that of 43-year-old Daniel Coleman from St Austell, who was last seen between June 2nd and July 7th.
National Crime Agency experts and Home Office scientists are assisting with the investigation, using advanced forensic techniques.
A woman in her 30s from Newquay was also arrested last week on suspicion of murder and remains on police bail.
Mr. Desbro will appear before Bodim magistrates later today (July 10th). Police are reminding people not to speculate about the case online.
Anyone with information is asked to report it through the police website or by calling 101.
