It's reported that police are making another attempt to solve the mystery of the disappearance of the Aylesbeare schoolgirl Genette Tate almost 36 years ago.
The 13 year old vanished while delivering newspapers in Aylesbeare, east Devon, in 1978. Her body has never been found.
But it's long been suspected that a man convicted of murdering another young girl in 1981, Robert Black, was responsible.
Devon and Cornwall Police have now asked the Crown Prosecution Service's Complex Casework Unit to examine whether he can be brought to trial for Genette's murder.
