Police want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed a robbery in Exeter last weekend in which a pensioner was targeted.
The 68 year old woman was walking along South Street between 8:00am and 9:00am last Sunday morning when a man approached her outside George's Meeting House and snatched her purse.
The suspect is described as a dark skinned man with a beard and mustache, wearing a beanie hat and a red coat. He also had a scarf around his neck.
Police say that although the woman was not injured she was left shaken by the incident.
