Two Exeter people in hospital after taking 'legal highs'

The police and crime commissioner is calling for action against so-called 'legal highs' - after two young people in Exeter needed hospital treatment as a result of experimenting with them during the weekend.

Tony Hogg says he'll be talking to local councils and political representatives to ensure that everything possible is being done to stop the peddling of the potentially lethal substances on local high streets.

He'd like to see new legislation making retailers liable for any harm caused by the products they sell.
