Man released whilst investigations continue
Police say 30 year old Sophie Bond died at Torbay Hospital in the early hours of Saturday morning (12th January)
She was a pedestrian walking on Torbay Road near the Princess Theatre in Torquay at 11.15pm on Friday night (11th January) when she was hit by a van.
The van was later located in Paignton later and a 52-year-old man from that town arrested.
He's been released whilst police enquiries continue.
