Three injured after A38 crash

Police want witnesses & dashcam footage

Police are still appealing for information following a serious collision on the A38 in Exeter on Thursday 30 December which left three people, including an 18-month-old boy, seriously injured.

Officers were called around 4.20 pm following the collision between a Porsche Boxster and a Volkswagen Golf on the northbound carriageway at Haldon Hill. Both cars left the carriageway as a result of the collision.

Three people in the Golf were treated for serious injuries and taken to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. The 18-month-old boy was later taken to Bristol Children’s Hospital where he was recently discharged.

Officers from the Roads Policing Team are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision and asking for any witnesses to contact them. They are also keen to receive any relevant dashcam footage.
