Officers say "miraculously" no injuries
The Devon and Cornwall Police road safety unit have shared this picture of a crash on the A30 near Whiddon Down.
Officers say there was a sudden hail storm and warned there could have been "serious consequences".
They tweeted to say "Miraculously though no serious injuries."
In a second incident Sgt Harry Tangye shared this image on Twitter of a car which spun off near Okehampton, also during a hail storm.
