Exeter Prison 167% overcrowded

Exeter Prison has been named as one on the ten most overcrowded in England and Wales.

It's designed to hold 317 men, but has 530.

The Prison Reform Trust says two thirds of jails in England and Wales are operating at an overcrowded level.
