More Information (Radio Exe is not responsible for external websites)
Join the Woodland Trust, broadcaster Adam Shaw and a panel of inspiring speakers, including Guy Shrubsole – author of The Lost Rainforests of Britain – for an evening of insight and discovery exploring the South West’s temperate rainforest.
This rare habitat is thought to be even more threatened than tropical rainforest. Its lush, damp conditions provide the perfect home for scarce plants, lichens, fungi, and remarkable birds and mammals.
Find out how the South West Rainforest Alliance has been uniting partners to secure the future of these threatened ecosystems through protection, restoration, and expansion – helping rainforests thrive once more across the region.
This event has been made possible thanks to the support of players of People's Postcode Lottery.
