Welcombe Christmas Craft Fair

Santa's Grotto 12 till 2pm, Gluhwein and Hot Chocolate Hut, cafe, roasted chestnuts stand and its free entry . Local artisan producers such as potters, artists, jewellers, local honey producers, aromatherapy products, screen printed soft furnishings and much more have stalls.
All profit raised goes to The “Hogspital” at Project Prickles Rescue – Southole Project Prickles Rescue began in 2017, it provides a medical facility to revive sick, injured and poisoned Hedgehogs as well as nurturing orphaned hoglets and immature autumn juveniles over their first winter. Only when they have been nurtured back to health and have a minimum weight of 750g, are they released back into the wild. The cost of their care runs into hundreds of pounds per month so through events like the Welcombe Christmas Craft Fair we raise funds to help towards their rehabilitation.
