It happened at the Championships in Plymouth last night.
Devon and Cornwall Police say 2 people are being investiagted, after being identified as flying drones at The British Fireworks Championships on Plymouth Hoe last night (Wednesday 14th August).
Officers had made it clear before the event that restrictions were in place during the event, making it a criminal offence to fly drones during specified times.
But they tweeted to say 2 people were identified and stopped from doing so.
The remaining displays take place tonight.
