Devon's youth parliament say they'll be keeping a close eye on the young people's centres which are transferred over to community groups.
Some in east Devon are already being taken over by local residents, after the county council said it couldn't afford to run them.
The Youth Parliament has always argued that untrained volunteers won't be able to provide an adequate service.
