51-year old Adrian Munday was found dead at a house in Wain Lane on Tuesday 6th October.
A 40-year old man was detained in Basingstoke in Hampshire on Saturday night.
He's being held at Torquay police station.
A man arrested on suspicion of murder following a death in Newton Abbot.
