Lecturers at Exeter University are staging a third one-day strike today in their ongoing dispute over pay.
The University and College Union has rejected a one per cent pay offer - saying it represents a real-time pay CUT of 13 per cent since 2009.
The UCU is being supported by members of other unions who work as support and administrative staff.
The Exeter branch president of the UCU, Professor Jonathan Gosling, says the University is spending too much on new buildings lately and neglecting the morale of its employees
