Police and the fire service say they believe the fire that destroyed five sheds belonging to allotment holders in Exeter's St Thomas area was started deliberately.
The sheds, full of gardening equipment and other possessions, were burned to the ground late last Tuesday night.
Police now want to hear about anyone seen behaving suspiciously that night near the allotments, which are off Okehampton Road near the railway line.
