Police are investigating three separate incidents near Exeter where animals have been savagely attacked and, in some cases, mutilated after their deaths.
In the first attack last month a goat had one of its horns almost wrenched off and a horse had one of its shoes forcibly removed... four ducks were also killed.
Last week at the same address at Bridford near Dunsford, another goat was killed and mutilated.
There's also been another attack which may not be related, in which a lamb was killed and mutilated near Tedburn St Mary.
