A 60 year old man from Dawlish has suffered life-threatening injuries in a road accident in Plymouth.
His car came off Novorossick Road and collided with street furniture and a hedge near the junction with Forder Valley.
He's in intensive care at Derriford hospital - is front seat passenger, a woman from Plymouth, was treated for minor injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the accident which happened on Wednesday at about 3pm.
