Offenders had batons and crowbar
Police are appealing for information after a burglary in Landkey, near Barnstaple, in which balaclava-wearing suspects armed with batons and a crowbar targeted a home.
Two offenders entered the property in Blakes Hill Road between 3am and 4am on Sunday 23 August before fleeing on foot over garden fences after they were disturbed. They headed in the direction of Manor Road and could have been collected in a vehicle.
Nothing was stolen from the house.
Both suspects are described as wearing all-black clothing with balaclavas or masks and hooded tops. Police are appealing to any members of the public who were in the area at the time.
Anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage that may have captured anything relevant is also urged to contact officers.
