Police are appealing for witnesses to an armed robbery on Exeter High Street at nine o'clock this morning.
Three men in black clothing smashed the door of Ernest Jones jewellers, threatened staff with a hammer and stole boxes of Rolex watches.
One member of staff was injured by glass.
The thieves made off in a black Jaguar towards Alphington where the car was found abandoned.
