A man's in custody following the death of a pedestrian in a hit and run incident in Dartmouth on Wednesday.
27 year-old Jamie Symons was killed in the early hours near the Royal Naval College.
Police are asking for witnesses, or anyone who saw a silver/ metallic blue Citroen Saxo in the South Devon town on Tuesday night to contact them.
