The chief executive of the Arts Council is visiting Exeter today. Darren Henley will be meeting staff at the Phoenix centre, the Bike Shed Theatre, the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and the library.
He iha described Exeter as a culturally vibrant place with an exciting reputation as a centre of creativity and talent.
The Arts Council has invested seven and a half million pounds in Exeter over the past three years.
