A 10-year-old boy has serious injuries after being in a collision with a car in the St Thomas area of Exeter.
The child, who hasn't been named, was hit by a black Ford Mondeo driven by a local man around 6.30pm on Friday 19 July.
He suffered serious injuries and was taken initially to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital and then onto Bristol Children’s Hospital.
The driver of the Mondeo and his front seat passenger were uninjured.
