Campaigners who want to legalise cannabis will be smoking it openly in Exeter this afternoon.
The Devon Cannabis Club says the event at the Flowerpot Playing Fields will raise awareness of the benefits of cannabis, and address the 'bias and misinformation' often seen in the media.
Around 60 people attended a similar 'protest picnic' last year and while police monitored the event, there were no arrests.
