Black vehicle smashes into Co-op
A vehicle has crashed into a shop in an East Devon town.
It's being reported that a black car smashed into the Co-op in Cranbrook in the early hours of this morning [Wednesday 4 June].
The main road through the town was closed for a couple of hours because of the police investigation. Younghayes Road was shut between London Road and Barn Orchard from around five o'clock in the morning.
Residents around the area were told to find alternative routes. The stretch of road is said to be open.
The incident is currently ongoing.
