Age UK in Exeter is expressing concern about elderly people across Devon, who're losing their daily hot meals service from today.
The county council has stopped subsidising the meals on wheels provider Apetito to provide hot food for people who can't heat up a frozen dish in a microwave.
Those who're known to social services will have the meals provided by them - but around 130 of them were buying the food privately.
Age UK's Director Martyn Rogers says the charity can't provide a replacement service, but wants to find other ways to help.
