A new emergency fund's been announced to support local communities at risk of flooding.
Grants of up to two thousand pounds will be made available by Devon county council to help buy equipment such as sand bags, tools and emergency road signs.
Town or parish councils can apply for the money, along with community groups supported by their local authority.
