Residents of a sheltered housing site in Exeter are demanding answers of the company running it... after the body of a woman who died in her home was apparently left undiscovered for days.
Sixty four year old Carol Kelly was found in her home in Gainsborough House in Heavitree in mid-July by her sister, who said it seemed clear to her that she'd been dead for several days.
Residents say there used to be a warden system at the flats, but it was withdrawn.
They've written to the company running the site, Guinness Care and Support, and also raised their concerns with local MP Ben Bradshaw and their ward councillor.
Guinness say they can't comment until an inquest has established the circumstances of Carol Kelly's death.
