The Exeter insurance and pensions company Friends Life says no jobs with the firm will be at risk if it moves out of its current premises.
The company, which employs around 80 people at the site at Clyst St Mary, has confirmed that it's looking at the future of its office requirements in Exeter after 2014 - the minimum term it's agreed to remain in the current premises.
But a spokesman said any decision would not affect jobs as it would simply move to another office in the area.
A further 340 people are employed on the same site by the company Diligenta providing business services to Friends Life - the two firms have a national partnership and the insurance company can't comment on any impact on those Exeter-based jobs.
