Members of rural communities across Devon are invited to a conference near Exeter later this month.
The Rural Futures event happens annually - but is particularly relevant this year as the county council's cuts to services such as libraries and youth centres come into effect.
It's a chance to discuss how committed groups of volunteers can provide the services themselves, and find out what support is available from the county council to help them do this.
The conference takes place on September 25th - places can be booked through the Community Council by calling 01392 248 919 or via this link
