Exmouth's new Premier Inn on the Esplanade is almost ready for kitting out, with recruitment for dozens of jobs underway.
The new hotel's not been without controversy. It's on the site of an old civic building, the Elizabeth Hall, which used to cater for community groups and be the site of a weekly car boot sale.
