Devon's been praised for the way it manages its roads and transport, in a national survey of residents.
The county council came top, out of 22 local authorities, for carrying out roadworks quickly and generally managing traffic congestion.
It was also ranked the best county council for the provision of cycle routes and other services for cyclists.
Repairing potholes and treating roads in winter were also strengths for Devon... but there was less satisfaction relating to grass cutting and weed spraying.
